From the posts, it seems that a lot of your like the clear Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel.....but my personal favorite is the black UTEE!!!!! It look so luscious when you sprinkle some gold UTEE onto the final layer......Ooo, or powdered pigments, they kinda spread out over the surface and add that 'pealized' effect! And even when I do grab that bottle of clear UTEE, I find that the 'base' I'm using is black.......:) . THAT way, my glitter or beads (those tiny hole-less beads?) show through the clear powder, and yet I still have that black background to truely 'showcase' the colors I've chosen.

Do any of you use the colored UTEE's??? And if so, how???

Yep, just sprinkle some on while the UTEE is still soft. Now, I'll admit something here, I do NOT use a heat gun with UTEE.....it just seems to fly all over the place. Instead I use one of those teflon sheets. I place it in an old electric fry pan, then place my base shape on top of it. Wait a few minutes for the heat to transfer, then just start sprinkling my UTEE! Another reason I like doing it this way, your UTEE stays hot and soft as long as your tile remains in the skillet......so adding those little 'extras', like beads, glitter, powdered pigment, ect is a breeze, they don't blow all over the place, but instead sink right in!:D When you're done adding embellishments, remove your tile using a spatula, place it on your stamping surface, and stamp into it! And even one MORE reason to do it this way.....you can be working on multiple tiles at the same time!;)
