Ditto, Blossom! I actually attended a Passover Sedar years ago. It remains a warm memory.

Speaking of 'warm'... A bit cooler here today--and very breezy. Saw where Philly is getting gusty winds, too.

Cleaned out my paint cabinet this morning. Threw lots of stuff, but set aside a box of paints that might be saleable. Have to decide what I want to do with my brushes. Thinking I'll gather all of them & then decide which to keep.

Hope to seeya later, but have a good today as you're able.

Smile

Also wishing all my fellow CPs a Happy Easter!

Spring here is slowly coming along, but at least it's finally coming along!

Did 2 pieces that asked for doing 'faux tile' with stamping. The theme was Spring. Both my pieces used Judikins' products--Diamond Glaze on the Dogwood & Bird and 4 layers of Judikins' Clear Embossing powder on the April Rain. With the EP'd one, I pressed a crackle stamp on the final layer of EP while it was still warm. Then used Walnut Stain (DI) to fill in the crackle.

I like those, Daniel. My favorite is the April Rain. We are supposed to get a lot of that next week.

Lois, a classmate told us (on facebook) that his surgeon from South Africa had put him on the waiting list for an arm transplant. He had been in a motorcycle accident(I think) and had to have his arm removed 23 years ago. Well, I had seen where they did a hand transplant on a tv documentary so I fell for it and thought yiiiipppee
he was going to have an arm again! Wrong, April Fool!! I had a good laugh.Even my husband believed him!

Hey,was I the only dummy that stayed up all night to watch the red moon eclipse this morning at 5:00? Actually, my neighbor/good friend and I were having a late night talk fest and 3:30 am came along, so we figured we would just stay up till 5 to watch the moon. It was cold@49 degrees, and there we were standing in the center of the cul-de-sac at 5 am watching this moon turn red(actually dark rust).Jack came out for a few minutes and then her hubby. Crazy, but we had fun !!

Yeah, Ann, we're in for a rainy week here, too. But it's also going to be warmer. Yay.

Didn't know there was a lunar eclipse, Julie. Glad you got to see it.

Hope y'all are having a nice Easter. It's just me here, but that's ok. Gonna do a bit of work, but mostly just enjoy a quiet day. Got to go to PO this week & get stamps.

Catchya later, pals.

Wow!! Daniel your samples are beautiful. Can you guess which one I favor. LOL!! I have a question. Did you use mat board or clipboard for the faux tiles or good ole paper? I really like this technique very much. Nice work.....the flower child

LOL, Blossom! I'm guessing the bird & dogwood is your fave.

Both of these ATCs were done with 'good ole paper'! With products like Diamond Glaze & EPs, we can turn 'thin' into 'thick' so easily.

****************************************

We're getting some rain showers today. Hoping our west coast CPs are getting some moisture, too. Not enough, but every drop helps.

Still cleaning out the house. Finding stuff to toss, sell & keep.

Had a chance to do a piece using a the 'Joseph Coat' technique, The challenger asked us to use PP in place of creating a BG with just inked plain paper. I used some really nondescript PP & a very detailed BG stamp for my entry.
