Debbie I have four sets of Crayola markers but they're water based not alcohol. Does Crayola also make alcohol markers?

I am so sorry, I misspoke. They are Bic markers that Gina K used in her videos. Sorry for the mix up. DebRN

There is one thing that I wish and that is that the Copics were made in the USA.

Bic, are they the ones who make the Sharpie? If so I have a bunch of Sharpies in all kinds of colors.

Have no idea, I haven't gotten any yet. If I do, I'll let you know. I might get either a green or blue set and then try coloring grass or water.

I reread al the postings on this thread and Winserella, I loved your story about your brother. I'm sure you can laugh about it now. I never heard of oozak and scrapmart and Kathy thanks for the link to the sie you gave. I really like the purple set. It's better than the individual purples that you can get with Copic. Gina K did a video blending with bics and they did work just as wel.

Ok, here is what I am going to do. I am taking everyones advice. I am going to Michael's tonight and I am going to get an orange copic. Then in the future I am going to get the pen groups that Kathy pointed out. I love the price of the pens on the paper wishes site and since they are also refillable, I think it is a good deal. Thank you so much Kathy. I couldn't find the pumpkin orange that I saw in Copic, but I preferred the purples on Paper Wishes. Everyone has been so much help. I know I have belabored this like I did the Cuttlebug, but money is scarce for me. I have taken everyones advice into consideration. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I with you Kay, I research every product until I find the best value for my money. Michael's always has 40% off coupons so if you use one of them for your copic it shouldn't be too expensive.

KathyN., sorry it has taken me awhile to answer your question about the Bic markers. I think they are the same company, but not sure. I do know that the Bic markers I'm talking about aren't the sharpie ones, if that helps. If you go to GinaK's site, you should be able to look at the video and see which ones I am talking about.
