Sheila great card. The splatters are perfect fireworks. Did you drop the ink and then blow with a straw? I ask because they so nicely done. I know you must have a technique.
I will miss the Olympics, I too have been enjoying them.

That's great Sheila. Did you use stencils for your color blocking? Or stamps and clear embossing powder?

I used a kids paint product called "Do A Dot Art", the boys and I use them all the time.
If you spray water on the spong top and bring it down higher than you should, you get great splats. You can do the same thing with Tim Holtz dober paint bottles. Just spray the tops with water and pounce the paper. But I didn't have the colors I wanted in the Tim paints.
I wanted bright red and bright blue for the card.

On the tag I used paint, and stencils. I was so proud of the splatters, I used a brush out of the garage. It was stiff and had plastic pieces the size of speggie, and it worked great to splatter. I had watched a demo on a splatter brush and I remembered seeing the brush in the garage, tried it! Yea! I didn't have to buy something.

Here is my splatter and spray contribution.
The embossed flower is from JudiKins. I sprayed grey cardstock with bleach/water, dropped ink blobs and scrunched wax paper to add mica gloss sparkles. The words are from Close to My Heart.

Wendy and Sheila, what wonderful creations. I like how everyone is experimenting with different ways to splatter!

Sheila, thanks for the answer. I will have to try that with the Tim Holtz dobbers. I will let you know how it turns out. Also I'm glad you found a creative way to make your other splatters, that is how new ideas and techniques are born.

Wendy, I am most impressed with your bleach/water technique. I've done that before but your fine spray on the gray paper makes it look like granite!
