LOL, Julie! 'Angel' is not little. It's 3.5 x 4.25. Glad you like the card.

I have quite a few of these recipe stamps, but they are older & don't know if they're still in production. I used another one of them to make an 'Art Doll' Angel . Didn't use wrapping paper, but the wings were made from a recycle (backing cs). Tons of glitter on it!

I have to enter the card of the month i receive from Southern Belle
because she used a napkin and a cuttle bug for the front of the card and it fooled me till I read the description and looked again.

Wink

Love the latest additions to the challenge--both are really neat.

Here's my 2nd recycle project: Tiger, tiger burning bright...

Base: Christmas wrap (gold print on cream) applied to grey CS.

Stencil: Cathedral Window.

Arch & interior of arch: Diecut from package CS. Interior part embossed & colored with Distress Ink.

Tigers: One of my first purchased stamps. Stamped on manila CS, fussy cut & colored with crayons.

Nice card Daniel. You always add so much texture. I like the way the tiger is overlapping the frame.

Yankee to answer your question, I sketched the hat and cut out, then colored a band and buckle on it with pencils.

Thanx Terri! Kinda figured you made the hat. I love how you added the candy cane stamp to Mr. Snowman.

I didn't give any explanation of how I did these cards. I think it is obvious that I just used strips of used paper, glued them to a piece of paper and then cut our the ornament and tree, placed over the strips of paper and behold, there were the colored tree and ornament.
Simple and easy to do. Glad you all liked them. Again, thanks to Bonnie (DIL) for scanning them for me. Wish I could get her to join up with us, but she is fairly new to stamping, but very talented and creative. Maybe she will yet.
